In life we move forward and then sometimes it feels like we take several steps back. Through this system you develop tools to bring yourself back out of the ditch you just dug for yourself. Because everyone falls off or reacts, this system is about providing you with tools for life that will bring you back on track. Back to feeling most like yourself. Of course - everyone’s tools will be different. What works wonderfully for one person, might not work for another. And so, through experience, we learn what tools really serve us - and THIS is what makes this system customizable for each individual!

Intuition Building Modules (4)
If you have trouble with clarity and make decisions based on the “shoulds” - these modules will help you move through ALL of that. As you build your intuition you will cultivate clear, sincere thought processes and deeper feelings of connection to yourself and your loved ones. In these modules you will develop mindfulness and greater awareness around food, exercise, relationships, career, and your life’s purpose. You are going to re-calibrate your relationship with your Self through simple, easy practices. Why is this important? Because it enables you to make healthier choices, so that you feel better, and you have more clarity in your life’s purpose. And so that you can be more present in life not only for your loved ones, but for yourself.
Write Your New Story Modules (4)
These modules will take you through a step-by-step process of writing your new story. Why? Because when we change how we tell our story, we change our energy and start experiencing big changes (for the better) in our lives. (You will never be forced to share your story. This practice is more for you than anything else. It is to help reset your internal dialog.)

Identify your blocks! As soon as you sign up, you will be invited to schedule your first one-on-one intention setting call. On this call I will guide you to identify your personal blocks. Whether they are related to food, relationships, career, spiritual practice, or anything else - I will come alongside you to help you get really clear on what your blocks are AND how setting the right intentions will help you move through your blocks. After this you will be more aware of when blocks start to get in your way AND how to tap into your own power to bust through them with the power of Intention.
