Holistic Health Coaching
It’s not just about going on a diet. In fact, it’s not about going on a diet at all. It IS about integrating healthful changes into all parts of your life. In this online coaching program, together we take a look at:
The foods you eat
The way you move your body (+ how it feels emotionally, mentally, spiritually)
Your spiritual practice (whatever that means to you)
Your life purpose (which can differ from your career)
A whole, healthy you
A healthy you is not just about one aspect. Many people I work with come to me having yo-yo dieted and/or over-exercised most of their lives, believing that that would be the key to get them healthy.
Well, sometimes a change in food and exercise is needed BUT when you have me in your corner you will learn to make these changes from a place of self-love - it should never come from a place of fear, guilt, or punishment.

The time commitment
Before you make any changes, you will write a love letter to yourself to get really clear on your intentions for embarking on this program with me.
It is my recommendation that you commit to at least 3 months in this program, but I have seen clients make great strides in just 1 month! So there is no commitment beyond that - it’s really what works best for you.
With that in mind, this program is entirely customizable. I provide you with support and guidance and reference materials (menus, meditations, etc.) but you are the one making the decisions and taking action. You take what works for you, and leave the rest.
What do you get out of it?
Well, I’d love to say “control” over your life. But really the only thing we have control over is how we respond to life. With that said: you will gain from this program a sense of authority over your body, mind, heart, and soul so that when life throws you a curveball, you will have the tools necessary to regain equilibrium. i.e. you will know how to return to that place of inner peace, joy, clarity so that you won’t feel the need to turn to unhealthy habits any longer.

35 minute phone consultation at the beginning of the month
