Meditative Hikes with Maggie

Get outside to turn your attention … inward.

As spring turns to summer, come explore some of the most beautiful trails Fairfield county has to offer. Getting outside enables us to get quiet, sincerely check in with ourselves and listen to what it is we are needing.

Why get outside?

  • Nature provides us with clarity we are seeking and the space to just be who we are.

  • Hiking is a wonderful form of exercise that encourages us to naturally enter into a meditative, more mindful state of being.

  • Mother Earth is in full bloom all around us - don’t miss a moment to witness it!

  • Getting out in nature is one of the best ways we can cultivate connection with our higher self.

  • Nature is the greatest form of natural medicine when we are feeling anxious, depressed, down, frustrated, angry, and sad.

Since we will try to remain silent for most of the hikes, before each hike you will receive an email detailing the intention and focus of the hike. I will of course be with you to make sure no one gets lost or veers off trail during the hikes!

Don’t worry about “getting it right”!
This is your time to explore. What does your heart have to say? How is your soul? You are also encouraged to bring a journal with you if you feel inspired to stop and jot anything down along the way and after each hike.

Locations will be provided upon registration.Please allow up to 75 minutes per hike. You MAY leave early but know that each hike will be at minimum 40 minutes, and at most 75 minutes.
