THIS is Mindful Movement

This is Mindful Movement.

A year-long virtual program wherein we explore yoga as a form of mindful movement. You can commit to the full year or just go month to month. 

In This is Mindful Movement we look at:
Knowing our bodies and ourselves in a way that is pure and authentic. In a way that has nothing to do with the titles we carry. Or expectations of others. This includes the society we live in.

Things I will NOT tell you to do:

Get toned
Lose weight
Lose flab/cellulite/whatever
Get fit
Fix yourself
Slim down
Share before and after pictures
Go on a diet
(So if you're looking for that, this group might not be for you.)


Things I WILL ask of you...
Accept your body
Get to know yourself
Stay curious
Learn to stay - through the discomfort and the comfort
Explore the space beyond your comfort zone
But visit your comfort zone when it's needed
Understand self-worth that transcends physical appearance
Practice self-Love, compassion, and kindness
Send love to the universe - so much that it freaking comes back to you
Embrace your body
Embrace the things about yourself that society has told you are "flaws"
(So if you’re looking for any of the above, this group IS FOR YOU.)

In this group you can expect one yoga-inspired movement class per week plus other goodies like:

Access to private Facebook Group
Live video classes (videos will be available to watch at ANY TIME via the FB group - so no worry if you can't "make it" live!)

Guidelines from ME on how to redefine your relationship to exercise and movement
Inspirational journaling prompts
How to find the movement that makes you feel most connected with yourself

My only rules: don’t be an asshole (to other people or to yourself) and please keep the vibe supportive.

$39/month or $385 for the year

MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION - $39 per month billed automatically (you have the option to cancel at any time).
